InsuranceServices may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental/behavioral health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
- Is my therapist covered under my plan?

Copays
Copays and/or deductibles are due at the time of service.
Private Rates
$150 per 50 minute session, due at the time of service.
Reduced fee services may be available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash and check accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the session. The fee can be waived in the event of medical or other emergencies.
